Renewing Your Passport
If your passport has expired or is about to expire, follow these steps to renew it.

- 4Enter your old passport number
- 5Complete the application form (your previous data may be pre-filled)
- 6Select service type and make payment

Replacing a Lost or Damaged Passport
If your passport has been lost, stolen, or damaged, you'll need to apply for a replacement.
Steps:
- 1Report the loss/theft to the nearest police station
- 2Obtain a police report
- 3Log into your account
- 4Start a new application
- 5Select 'MISSING_OR_DAMAGED' as your application type
- 6Upload the police report and affidavit
